how do you clean your baby's belly button?

and how often?

and do baby's belly buttons usually go outward or inward? are both ways normal?

also do you ever see blood coming out of your own belly button?

My DD's belly button is outwards. The Dr said it's normal, and it can stay like that until she is one yo.
That being said, I have a few sisters with outwards bb and they are just fine!
