I'm anonomyous because I've spoken to some friends about this issue.
Does anyone remembera time when the D.H's white cake was not ou-d?
Was it ever just plain ou?

Yes, all the cakes became dairy around 9 months ago.

It was eigther the white or lemon that was not o u d originaly. That I vividly remember.

never tried the white cake....... still making our way through 5 cases in the basement (bought before the switchover to ou- D) probably have about 35 boxes left

In a lot of kosher supermarkets & grocery stores you can still find OU cakes so I buy a couple every time I go shopping. Saving them for when there are non left in the world!

9 months ago the lemon d.h. was ou but the white was ou-d.
like I wrote b/4, I'm not asking about a year ago. I'm asking in general.

I know the yellow cake (NOT lemon) was OU (not D) before the change-over

doesn't seem as too many people ever baked that specific white cake, me included.
Did you make it once, or eat it at someones home after a shabbos meal- an d worried you ate bosser v'cholov?????

I was at a party recently and someone made a cake. She said it was a D.H. white cake. We questioned her and she said it was from a long time ago. But everyone from around here doesn't remember it ever plain ou.
