I don't think something like that is ever out of style, it's just not trendy right now.

that is a fairly classic style... while it may not be the "trendy" option now, it is definitely still in style. you won't look like you're wearing shoes from 1992 Wink

Snake skin, most kitten heels and such a shape are very out, skip it!

Jimmy Choo Fall 2010

http://www.jimmychoo.com/Shoes.....htgel

Pointy toes AND snakeskin.

The kitten heel is no longer hot, the way it was a few years ago, but I don't think it spells frumpy so much as it spells doesn't like tottering on high heels.

Don't take fashion advice from anonymous people.

[See. I TOLD you that you're fashion forward. You need to listen to me.]

Just because it's on the catwalk, doesn't mean it's ok. Unless you're on a catwalk, maybe.

But it DOES mean that its fashionable, which is what OP asked. Indeed, it means that its not *out* which is what YOU said.

Sheesh.

Maybe you should tell us who you are. Maybe we have Stella McCartney here and don't even know it!

The shoe is a little too closed in to be fashionable. I assume OP chose a shoe of that style for tziniut purposes, and didn't comment on it.

Lol, just because a shoe is Jimmy Choo, does NOT mean that it's not frumpy!! LOL

You can have very fashionable closed shoes. Just not these ones.

Arg! Really. I just bought these

and my son ripped the box so I'm keeping them, but I was hoping I wouldn't look too out of date

(they are cute and super comfortable)
