What's the US size 10 in UK sizes?

I have for breakfast a 1oz whole bran cereal with either 4oz milk or natural 0% yoghurt with one fruit.

Hey Sarag when are you going to tell us the answer to the law in 2 states post. You're keeping us all in suspence. Rolling Laughter

I voted other.

I strictly put in my breakfeast a fruit, usually an apple, along with 2 slices of ww bread and a slice of american cheese.

I hardly ever have time to eat it at home.

I am on a diet - I already lost 9 pounds BH - so my breakfast always consists of whole wheat bread or matzah, a protein such as an egg, tuna, salmon or sardines, and a large vegetable salad, topped bya coffee or a glass of milk. It takes time to prepare so often dont eat before 10 or 11 a.m. But it's so filling I dont need to nosh until lunch.

B"H

I voted other. I usually eat fruit - in the spring summer it's usually melons, and fall winter it's organic gala apples. (And boy can I tell the difference in taste between organic and non-organic!!)
