My 10 months old daughter used to go to sleep at 7 or 8 at night and wake up at 7 or 8 in the morning, with 1 short nap during the day,. Now she's either waking up in 10 or 11 pm and wants to play for an 2 or 3 hours, or doesn't want to go to sleep at all till 11 or 12 pm. And she still would wake up at 9 the following morning. Any ideas?

Is she acting tired and cranky? If not she's probably getting enough sleep!

Hi!
She's probably just getting older and needs less sleep now. What if you try to get her to go to sleep later, like 9? When does she nap? Maybe you could make it later, so she's tired by 9.

I am not sure what time she is going to bed but if she is waking up soon after she goes to bed, make sure the house is quiet and dark. If she sees that nothing is happening in the house she may go right back to sleep.

Thank you all for replying! My problem got solved. I moved her bed time from 7 pm to 8 or 9 ( or whenever she is REALLY tired) It worked!!!!!
