Does anyone have good low-cal recipes for anything?
Or low-cal meal ideas?
Thanks.

make lots of veggie sides - spaghetti squash, baked eggplant, etc
when serving sandwiches, for myself I'll make polimar's sugar free preserves or turkey breast, which is like 40-50 cals for afew slices.
I just try ot supplement healthier ingredients and also portion control. good luck!

I don't think this is really low calorie way of eating but everything that I eat I dump on it or with it a whole bunch of veggies. This way I am filling up more on veg. then on the actually meal.
For example:
A plain tuna fish salad has some tuna but mostly veg. popping out of it.
Same goes with chicken or mashed potatoes I take a small portion of chicken and potatoes and then pile up high with veggies. My fridge is always packed jammed with fruits and veg that are always used up in a couple of days.
