Not really. There's a Chabad house that we used when we were there for a week, and most mornings there was barely a minyan.

there gotta be some. there is the chabad house, there is another restaurant or 2 and I just read that they opened a cheder. I have the email adress of the chabad rabbi if you want. the mikva is about 35-40 minutes away from Orlando

I only know about chabad, chabad has shabbos davening in the chabad house during tourist season, when its not the season its in the rabbi's house. minyanim during the week are hit and miss, we waited an hour for mincha to be told there isn't a minyan, one morning there was a bris or pidyon haben so he promised will be minyan, we didn't make it though.

Maybe they sacrifice to teach there and they only have minyan for holidays... though if there are people who send to the school there are certainly people who are at least traditional...

they might live elsewhere. call them up and ask what the place is like. I only went as a tourist so can't really help you much!
