look in the local papers I.e. community connections for when basic colors comes on wednsdays they have the most affordable pretieds 3-6$

Aliza's Boutique (online store) has lots of cute pretieds. That's a USA based company. Also hatsandscarves.com might have pretieds, I'm not sure. They are based in Israel but ship anywhere, and incidentally have excellent video's for tying tichels.

As Twinkle mentioned Basic Colors has pretty pre-tied for $3-$6 they usually come out on Wed but sometimes on Sundays. You can call the store in Flatbush to see when they'll be here next.
