It's really hard, yes I pity the men who have to do the whole fast, but for those of us non-fasters, we have to sneak around and it's really hard!
I alwasy feel sick, with a headache, bad! Not as bad as if I had fasted, but...

You think it's hard, do you? Try YES fasting at work where all your coworkers are not Jewish; the coffeepot, microwave and fridge are right outside your door; and your well-meaning but clueless secretary is urging you to try some of the delicious Turtle Pie that she brought in. (Turtle pie being not a pastry stuffed with hard-shelled amphibians, but a concoction of chocolate, caramel, nuts and other amazing things.)

I think Chen's point was that it's difficult to feel sorry for someone who has a hard time not fasting when there are others who are fasting and having a very hard time of it.
It's not so nice to complain about things like that.

LOL- its like, "Oh gosh, I HATE wearing Prada, its so pretentious..." OK, dont wear it! Now for those of us who wish we can afford it....
PS-SaraG, that was not directed at you, but I know someone who complains about things like these, sometimes I want to hit her  .

I only fast on YK aNd Tisha Bav. Otherwise I'd be in bed all day.
