I made the broccolini in dijon sauce recently. I used regular broccoli florets, but the sauce was really good!

I also liked the strawberry apple kugel.

I haven't made a lot of recipes from that cookbook because a lot of the ingredients are hard to find.

The lamb kabobs (appetizer section) are amazing; I've made this recipe with beef stew as well and that was also very well-received.

I actually bought this cookbook when I was still single & do not use it! (I have a couple community cookbooks & my menus are very basic) I'd love to sell it to someone for 100 shekel. If anyone is interested please pm me.

I find that the recipes call for the most exotic ingredients. Does everyone follow the recipes with these weird ingredients?

I also loved the sweet potato soup, the barley/ mushrom risotto, the cauliflower popcorn, and the apple cheesecake.
there were also lots of recipes that look great but the ingredients are very rare/ expensive.
