Flatbush takeout on coney and j makes a really good apple kugel (with shredded apples)
and Deli 52 makes a really good apple kugel too, as well as a sweet lukshen kugel with cinnamon.
They're probably the best apple and lukshen kugels I've tasted! Anyone know how to make them?
