I have leftover sweet and sour salmon from Shabboss. I am sick of eating it plain. Any ideas what I can put together with it? Anybody ever try mixing with pasta and veggies - or is that completely gross?

Chop it up and mix it into angel hair pasta... it should taste great!

serve it with mashed potatoes and green beans.

OR- (based on post above) make an appitizer out of it: place on plate: lettuce, angel hair ontop of lettuce, salmon ontop of that....

Thanks you guys!
I cooked up angel hair pasta, added the salmon, put in some tomatoes.
I made a dressing of mayo, lemon juice, sugar. I left it to marinade in the fridge overnight and it tastes great!
