what do you do with a two yr. old that holds himself in and doesn't do a bowel movement for up to a week??? ever since he started going to playgroup he holds himself in, until he just can't. he eats plenty of fiber etc... any advice?

He might be scared about whats happening, also try some grape juice. my daughter is constipated chronicly from day 1 Grape Juice works like a charm. It definately cant hurt,
