This is a cut and paste from my post in the Middos section...which doesn't get much visitation, apparently.

Basically, I need some Torah based "mantras" or sayings. Mussar type stuff. Something that is short and easy to remember.

Need one for anger. One for impatience. One for negativity. One for judgemental-ness.

Thanks

Pirkei Avos good source.

Anger: Azeh hu hagibor? hakovesh es yitzro
Who is the strong one? He who captures his anger.

Judgemental: Al tadin es chavercha ad shetageyah le mikomo
Don't judge friend till you are in his place

English suggestions

Impatience: Rome was not built in a day.

Other

Patience: substitute Hebrew word and emote ......SAVLANOOS!
