This is a cut and paste from my post in the Middos section...which doesn't get much visitation, apparently.
Basically, I need some Torah based "mantras" or sayings. Mussar type stuff. Something that is short and easy to remember.
Need one for anger. One for impatience. One for negativity. One for judgemental-ness.
