thanks mirabelle. If it is a good offer though, shld u just accept right away? I was recently offered five dollars more per hr than my current agency is paying. I said thank you and accepted. Just wondering what you wld recommend doing in this situation. The interviewer was aware that he made a generous offer bec he asked me what I am currently getting. And salaries in my field are generally the same from one agency to another.

If its a good offer for your particular job than for sure you should accept!
It sounds like your new agency thought that you were very talented and wanted to "woo" you away from your old agency with a great offer.
Sounds to me like you did everything right! Hatzlachah with your new job!

Mirabelle- can you or anyone please give me ideas of where I should look for a job? I'm in Monsey. The only ones I know of so far are luach.com and craigslist.org, neither of which have been helpful.
