I try to drink between 3-4 liters a day. I do not always make it but I know it is not dangerous for me.

what does this mean? whatever you eat is your diet. some have healthy diets, some have unhealthy diets. and if someone is overweight, going on a practical, well-thought out weight loss diet is a very healthy thing to do.

But surely 15 cups of herbal tea and water should be enough!!!


I get horrible headaches from tea, any type of tea.
You may be allergic to something in the tea.
