surprise I am donw to 175.5 I dunno how I have been dietitng for 3 days and lost 5 lbs, bh its the 5lb's I had put on

cl- thanks for trying to help. I do excesize, I have a class with 3 other women 2 times a week so I cant change the routine, but I do think I should excersize another time a week... but you know how it goes when you dont have to you get so busy with other things.
my other problem is the water. I cant get those 8 cups down, I know that if I do the water better and add another time of excersize it'll do the trick... I think I will jusst have to push myself that little more...

I JUST CAME BACK FROM VACATIONA N DIDNT STOP EATING FOR 2 WEEKS! IM TOO SCARED 2 GO ON THE SCALES...
ANYONE WANNA JOIN ME FOR A 2WEEK STRICT DIET?
I BETTER WEIGH MYSELF TONIGHT SO AT LEAST I KNOW WHAT I GOTTA LOSE....AAAAAHH!
