Has anyone used white whole wheat flour in their regular challah recipe and had it come out good?
Please help out I need to bake them today/tonight! Thanks.

I use the recipe in kosher palette and substitute the white whole wheat flour and it comes out delicious. I do add a little more water than the recipe calls for.

Good luck!

Mine was good, but was more dry and crumbly. So I didn't repeat.
I have since made Ronit's white whole wheat recipe which calls for gluten for added elasticity. Amazing!

I rarely just sub ww or www flour, as it's so heavy. Don't you have a specific recipe to follow ?
