I'm so shocked! My babysitter who worked for me for 6 years and all my kids were born while she worked for us, left me today!!!! She find another job. She was like a part of our family already, like a Bobby to my kids. And she is jewish frum lady.
I'm shocked. I'm starting work in 2 days and really don't know what to do.
Need some emotional help to deal with this shock!!!

Wow, that is so not cool. I can't believe she didn't give you any notice. How many children do you have at home? There are some daycares that you can use short term to send your children to while you try to find a new sitter. I don't know if you live in Brooklyn, but I know I've seen ads in the JP about them.

and I have to find solution what to do with her
we don't live in CH, not even in USA. Far far away
But what is bottering me more is that this lady was so attached to my kids and us, we are only people she has in the world, she is like part of our family. And here.... she left us

The same thing happened to a friend of mine. She was SO shocked! Actually, the babysitter worked for her for also about 6 years and one day she just didn't show up!!! the only thing I can think of is that she felt bad leaving and couldn't handle telling my friend. Godd luck!
