I need to drink water because it is great for weight loss, but I am getting bored with water and seltzer. Any ideas? I dont want anything with artificial sweetners, such as crystal lite or soda. Any ideas?

I enjoy diet cranberry snapple but I don't want the artificial sweetener so I add cranberry tea to my cold water. Try it. It's really refreshing.

Iced Tea is very refreshing and a low calorie drink. Vitamin Zero Water is also yummm and refreshing, but most likely has all junkies in it.

Squeeze a lime or some lemon into water, without sugar. It's really refreshing.

I got to like flavored seltzers, which are still calorie-free and don't have artificial sweeteners.
you can also try naturally calorie-free sweeteners like stevia (which is pretty good for lemonade).

I make a big jug of fruit tea and let it get cold. I add stevia but you can leave it unsweetened.

Add a bit of juice for flavor. Lemon/lime juice is ideal, but if you need to add a bit of apple, cranberry or grape juice.
I find water easiest to drink when its room temperature. Others like it cold. You can make yourself ice popsicles if you like it really cold!
