I think it's called that.
My husband described them: It's a roll with a piece of shnitzel wrapped up. It has some type of sauce, maybe duck sauce poured over it.
Anyone have the recipe for this?

I am not sure if this is what you are looking for, but here is a recipe for chicken pastrami roll ups

6 pieces Chicken Cutlets
1/2 cup/s Oil
3 cup/s Cornflake Crumbs
1 shake Garlic Powder
1 shake Salt/pepper
1 Paprika
1 squirt Mustard
6 slices Pastrami

Preparation
mix oil and spices.
marinade chicken cutlets in the oil and spices for 10 min
dip chicken cutlets into cornflake crumbs on both sides
smear mayonaisse on ONE side only
place a slice pastami ontop of mayonaisse
squairt some mustard ontop
roll into jelly roll style
bake for 45 minutes covered and 15 min uncovered on 350 degrees
