Hi, anyone know how much cabbage (how many cabbages) to use in a salad for 40 people?
How about cans of corn for corn salad?
Any other ideas for easily made in advance bulk salads? I can only think of those two.

Usually 1 head lettuce is for 5-6 people.

one recipe I make says 2 pounds for 6 people.

Oops, I see you wrote cabbage.
I make a cabbage salad with 2 bags of shredded cabbage and its definetly enough for 10-12 people.
