Since Shabbos Shuva is the day before Erev Yom Kippur, has anyone any ideas to make the preparations go easier?

I figure that I will:

Buy the challos for both together
Order & bake the chicken for both at the same time
Make one kind of fish and serve it both times
Make two kinds of honeycake for Shabbos & Erev/Motzei Yom Kippur
Prepare a big salad and HOPE enough will be left over!
Make soup for both

Any other ideas?

Right. Kreplach too.

But that's just for E.Y.K. so that I will do on EYK itself.

Same for the lukshen kugel and potato kugel. Things for that seudah only.
