I bought frozen veg it contains carrots, peas, corn, green beans, & lima beans whats the best way to do it?

I would add some chicken and sauteed onions and make a stir fry out of it with spices and some soy sauce. Serve over rice and you have a complete meal.

My family loves it plain - cooked in a pot with a bit of oil and water, salt, maybe pepper or other spices if you want, but I often use just salt.

saute onoins, add the veg. cook for 10 min add tomatoe sauce
water spices, salt suger garlic ....cook for 10 more min. if u want a full meal
spice a few sices of fish add to veg. bakw 350 for 30-40 min.

Saute it with teriyaki sauce and then throw in cubes of tofu and a little bit of cheese. Yum!
