DH went to the farmer's mrket and brought a lot- for R.H.! It's Sukkos, I got to use them up while they're still marginally good - but how!

apple crisp. you can use up lots of apples that way-and its very easy.

apple crumble -also called apple betty pie. it is nice served hot in the sukka, and you can freeze extra.

If you have a juicer, you can make apple cider, to be drunk right away...kids love it!

You can use eating apples for any of those recipes - I do, with leftover soft apples.
