Why? Does she need any special services that the school she is in cannot provide?

Can you find her another school?
Did the school give you an ultimatum?
Will Chabad take her?
Does she need a specialized school?
What about a TSS? (Theruputic Support Staff- S/o to support her so that she can learn?

The chabad school would take her, problem is that is a 45 min trip every day... to and back... And honestly she would be the only one from this community going there, so it stinks.

TSS?? it's a private school, they are claiming they do not have the support for dealing with a child with emotional problems.

Thing is she loves her hebrew class and will do anything for her. She sits and does what her teacher says, yes learning the hebrew is difficult but if she set's her mind to it she will do it. Her hebrew teacher is no nonsense!

Her English teacher is a push over Crying PLus the other students know how to bug my daughter, until she pushes back... then she is caught and they are not

Your time is obviously limited, Mitzva Mom. If she goes to the far away school, can she dorm in the worst weather, at least?

No but I have alot of research in hand and statements from other parents that have been allowed to keep their children in school. Plus I am looking into a program that might assist her in her issues on learning.
