Not yet, but I plan to. Because of somewhat bad knees and on a personal trainer's advice, I am building up my quadriceps before I start the program. I got the app on my iPhone and want to start within the next week or two.

yes, I did this. but I kept on repeating week 4 or 5 because I wasn't able to run consistently, and eventually moved over to kickboxing as my main exercise instead. but I plan on restarting soon. I still do one run a week at this point, but I can't do any better than week 3 right now as I'm so out of practice.
