Thanks that would be great. I saw the zucchini and the ducksauce somewhere else that you posted, but I would love the rest of the recipes you have.

Cucumber Salad
• 10 kirbys, peeled and very thinly sliced
• 1 small onion, thinly slivered
• 1/3 cup sugar

Place all ingredients into a large plastic container. Cover and shake to mix well. Chill before serving.
If you like your salad more sweet, use less salt, to taste.

Hahahahahhahhaa! Okay, just got back on my chair after that laughing fit. Of the first days, we are home first seder and second day meal, so that is how much I have planned.
We pace ourselves, because we are not big eaters and we don't care to eat meat during the week, so so many meat meals is not doable without upset stomachs unless we keep it simple and don't have a gagillion courses.)
First Seder
Marinated cucumber salad
Tuna salad
Chicken soup with ample chicken so it counts as basar
Brownies
(My DH refuses to eat a huge meal so late at night. We do it the second night because we have the seder with friends, but he does not want that at home and won't eat it if I make it.)
Second Day Meal
Baked tilapia with lemon and tarragon
Baked chicken with apricot sauce
Broccoli kugel
Doughless potato knishes (thanks OOTBubby for the recipe)
Lemon bars and brownies
