Banana Crumb Cake
from Good Housekeeping
Cake:
cup and a half flour
tsp baking powder
half tsp baking soda
pinch salt
2 pinches cinnamon
2 T fat
2 eggs
3 bananas, frozen is fine
3 T honey
1 tsp vanilla
Topping:
half cup nuts, any kind, chopped
quarter cup coconut
quarter cut flour
quarter cut brown sugar
pinch cinnamon
2 T fat
Mix your cake ingredients and pour into 9" pan. Top with topping and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes to an hour.

you have twice bakibg powder. is it correct or 1 has to be baking soda?
