I'm serving it for a shabbos lunch, should I just serve a little piece of salmon or cubes (I'm thinking there'll be more sauce with cubes since they'll be individually glazed)?

Just plain pasta with the salmon sauce drizzled over it.

It's a nice idea, but we don't use scallions -- too hard to check properly for bugs.

It's a nice idea, but we don't use scallions -- too hard to check properly for bugs.

I'm sure it will look beautiful. Can you set one plate before shabbos and post a pic? I would love to see!

Sorry, I highly doubt that will happen -- way too much to do before Shabbos that week.

The sheva brachos was this past Shabbos. Everything went well.

The appetizer (individually plated teriyaki salmon skewers with pasta & snow peas) and dessert (individually plated miniature pastries and fresh fruit slices) both were tremendous hits. I've never made an affair like this were everyone ate the desserts!

Lots of leftovers from the main course, but I expected that.
