making a kiddush for my 3 month old daughter in my house and need ideas of what to make, along with good recipes. I know the obvious is to make cookies and cakes...but would like some new ideas other than choc. chip cookies, brownies, zebra cookies, biscotti.
I want variety and I want it to look really nice and professional (even though in the home)
was thinking of making some salads too and some sort of a cold, refreshing drink-ideas please
along the lines, ideas for how to set it up[s]
if anyone has pics of a kiddush they made, please share-thanks

Mazel tov!
I was at a kiddush where they had a few water dispensers like this. The top had water, and the bottom area had lemons in it. It was really pretty.

ooh that looks really cool!!!; the bottom is just for decoration?
I saw on rachel ray show, a second use for a flower cake tube pan, is fill with water and freeze then it make a mold and leave it in a big bowl of punch to keep it chilled-think punch is a good idea, or maybe make ice tea?
