There's a Jewish store that sells pencil skirts, my friend's friend owns it.

here is the site:

http://smokinjeans.com/

here is their facebook page:

I think she said that the longer size is exactly knee-length.

So sorry I haven't been on since I posted the Target one! I didn't get mine online, they had a couple colors in the nearest Target here.
I'm about 5'4" and it's well below the knee. I have a much taller friend who bought a couple too.
It's around 24 inches. I felt more comfortable in a size up as did one of my friends.

I think it's this one and they're definitely below the knee. No matter how tall you are Smile

Thank you very much, I just order 2 skirts (one in berry, one in blue)

Smile thanks again!

Hi All,

Please be careful purchasing from sites overseas. Recently, my daughter purchased from a site in the UK and as we waited for the package, we were advised that we needed to pay excise fee. Check carefully on the site for any extra fees for entry into the USA. my daughter wound up having to pay an extra $65.00 to get the package of 'resonably' priced goods. The blouses and skirts were very nice, but the bubble was burst from the added money for excise jail. ~Nonna Flower
