Do I just beat together an egg and icing sugar to make a glaze for a cake??? Gotta do it fast.....making DH a cake and it's almost ready!

confectioners sugar and a drop of pareve milk or water mix
if u have choc chips - melt and put in some pareve milk or unwhipped whipcream - makes a nice ganache which doesn't harden

confectioners sugar and water with a dash of lemon juice to taste is also good.

Equal amounts of whipping crème and baking chocolate in a saucepan until it bubbles. When hot, pour it over the cake, this is incredibly delicious. Don’t’ touch it or spread with a knife or anything, just let it dry because it will leave an imprint.

Here's mine:
Plain: Mix powdered sugar and a drop of water, continue adding little drops of water until the mixture is thin enough to spread.
Chocolate flavored: Add to the above mixture about 1 T. of cocoa powder.
Coffee flavored: Add about 1 T. instant coffee.
You can also add: a bit of chocolate liquor, brandi or sherry.
