What are you using it for? It is not a saftey seat. I wouldn't use it in a car. I Bought something similar a few years ago when we went to E"Y & were going on a bus tour. I had a seatbelt made that went around the bus seat & used this product. But I also took my carseats for the rental car. It doesn't buckle tight enough in regular seatbelt. It actualy buckled tighter on the bus because I Had the seatbelt around the bus seat higher up.

Why dont you read the parent reviews from that site and see what they think? It doesnt seem to have that many stars.

On other sites it got much better reviews, and people I know who have it (2) really like it. It seams though that DD is a bit too small.

rivka batya, we used it with a two year old. I don't think I would use it for a smaller child. Its really for children 20 lbs and up. my sons preschool has 20 them that they use for the van service.
