Which brand of stevia do you use? I'm looking for powdered stevia that doesnt have bitter taste.
Also, anyone know of any liquid version that is NOT alcohol based? All the kosher ones are and they are so bitter Sad

We use the truvia brand. I've learned not to taste before things are cooked because its a totally different taste. I don't usually notice the taste in coffee or a baked good but tasting it from the packet is gross.

I use truvia now also, but how do you use it in baked goods? do they taste good? any recipes?

I use stevia-sugar in the raw its called green bag love it!

I have a conversion chart that might have come with the box. If not google it. I find once baked I can't tell the difference but the raw batter/dough tastes bitter.

just an FYI- if you only want to use Stevia make sure there are no other ingrediants- I think Stevia in the raw has another sweetener in there as well
