Just made this and it was really good!
From this website-http://www.keepinghealthygettingstylish.com/2012/10/3-x-3-x-3.html
3 eggwhites mixed with 1 heaping TB of spelt flour and a bit of salt
Cook like a pancake- makes one "wrap"
I spread some chummus on it and put diced tomatoes and strips of carrots (I was out of lettuce)
It held together nicely.
