I don't know if you mean for dinner or desert so here are both:
Dinner:
mini broccoli kugels
mini squash kugels
(PM me if you don't have recipes for those)
Desert:
I make really yummy pecan bars, but you could put the filling in the tart shells and make mini pecan tarts. Here is the filling recipe.
1/2 C margarine
3/4 C brown sugar
1/4 C light corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 C heavy cream ( I use soy milk with 1 tablesoon of flour)
8oz pecans (nuts)
mix all filling ingredients in a pot/saucepan except for the
cream/milk and nuts. whisk until bubbling. take off heat add milk
while whisking, add nuts, pour onto crust. and bake some more at 375,
about 15 minutes.
Good luck and Shabbat Shalom

I sometimes fill them with apple pie filling.
I also have a choclate chip nut pie recipe, I have filled it with that too.
2 c chips
2 cups chopped nuts
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup margerine
2 eggs
mix well, fill shells. this makes 2- 9" inch pie crusts (not graham cracker crusts, the ones from the freezer tyou have to bake, which taste the same as the tart shells!) so if you only have tart shells maske 1/2 the recipe

That's brilliant! I have seen so many recipes that I wanted to use for Parve/Fleishig meals, and had no idea what to use instead of cream!
Thanks.
