you can buy 220v in judaica stores (in usa). Never heard of battery operates and I don't think it's practical. Its burning the whole shabbos/yom tov

I am not interested in outing my location so hope its ok to be anon
Hoffy's at 5215 13th Ave sells a lot of 220v appliances. I called for you and they do sell the kosher lamp in 220v.
