can someone help me with a delicious recipe for string beans for a sheva brachos? I don't want them to become soggy and I am planning on making them from frozen string beans. I would prefer without nuts because of potential allergies....
thanks!

This is the way I do it, so simple yet so delicious!

Simply put beans in a bag, pour in little bit of olive oil and salt, shake around until all coated.
Roast at 390 degrreees for 30 minutes or so. just keep checking after 20 minutes just to make sure they ar e not burning.
Since doing this the first time, my family has never let me cook them any other way!

Thank you. Do you put it in the oven frozen or do you wait for it to defrost first?
