My son's upsherin is coming up right after shavuos. I want to start planning already, so things dont get left for last minute.
I am looking for ideas what to make, it will be in the morning, so breakfast brunch ideas needed. I thought to maybe do mini things, like mini cheese blintzes, maybe chocolate ones too, mini pancake stacks, all plated separately on small plates. What else can I make along with those?
Will alsi probably make mini cheese muffins, and mini carrot cheese muffins, and other mini cheese things like mini trifle cups...
(also, can pancakes be made in advance and frozen? I need to do everything in advance.)
any more ideas?
