Does such a thing exist? I would like to place a classified ad there, if such a newspaper/newsletter exists (daily or weekly, limited to Crown Heights). Please let me know. Thanks.

We receive a bi-weekly "newsletter", I believe called CH Links, you may post classifieds and adds in it, I don't have the contact info off-hand, maybe someone else does...

What is this shmais? Who pays fifty bucks - the reader, advertiser, or both? How frequently does it come out? Is it Crown Heights based, or generally for Chabad? I am looking strictly for a Crown Heights based newsletter.

Why don't you just make fliers yourself and stick them under the peoples doors. Or pay a kid to put under doors.

Shmais is a lubavitch News Service. It is probably the most popular one in English. Advertisements there seem to be effective.

I am looking for a frum male attendant for my father. Right now we B'H 'found' such a person from Crown Heights, but he is a bit too old and we'd like to look for somebody younger. We were told that Crown Heights is a good place to look. So, no, we don't need to advertise for the entire Chabad audience; we are looking strictly for CH persons, close to Wmsbg. where my daddy lives.

Oh - sorry. Here in Cleveland there is a Jewish Family Service and also the Office of the Aging where a person of such need could be hired out. Is there any place like that in B'klyn - you would think so.

We can get attendants here, a dime a dozen, but we want a Jewish attendant, cuz my father lives alone Crying

since we lost our mother and we are afraid to let a [gentile] take care of him for various reasons:
1. abuse ch'v
2. kashrus
3. socialization
4. etc

I wouldn't put it in a magazin that comes out only five times a year. I'd check out the LInks and even the JewishPress.
