sarag, how tall are you? 139 isn't borderline obese unless you're quite short, I think....let me check the book...no, I can't find any height on the chart that shows 139 as obese....maybe borderline overweight? that would make sense if you are 5-3 or 5-4. There's a big difference between obese and overweight.
but I'm glad you lost the weight. good for you! I haven't been 117 since...probably 8th grade! yikes!
I realized I'm borderline overweight. But I'm not obsessing because I used to be heavier and lost weight through WW recently.

The ideal bmi would be 22.5, but you're ok from 20 to 25.

I know I am terribly overweight but what is the average weight if I am 5' 4"?

I was always told by my doc, that the ideal weight for med frame of 5' 4" could be anywhere from 120-140...

Good luck with that. My dr tells me I still could be thinner.

I'm five three and 118 right now.

I'm 5'3" and If I weighed 118 lbs I would looked quite ematiated. 125 is my ideal weight. Hopefully I will get there again one day.
And - WW is the best. I've been a lifetime member for 15 years. Whenever I would go up 5 lbs I would just go back on. I never let it go up too much. But after I had my baby I haven't been so good with my eating habits. I should have gone to WW right away. They have a good nursing plan.
