something else to try
grilled lamb on rosemary skewers ... sounds easy enough to experiment
cubed lamb pieces ... fresh rosemary branches with half taken off & the edge of the branch cut at a slant ... now place the meat on the skewers ... brush with olive oil then sprinkle with spices and grill on all sides for a total of 10 minutes for medium rare ~
I'd have to use beef & cook it for twice as long ... I'm thinking maybe with red pearl onions in between & some garlic cloves & a little red wine ... okay now I'm hungry
