you can buy frozen tarts, bake them & fill it with bakers choice custard filling.

In that case the recipe won't help, it uses store-bought tart shells. Do you still want the recipe for the custard filling?

Lemon Custard (From Binah by Esther Berg)
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 eggs
6 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
1 (8oz) dessert topping
Fruit for garnish
Combine lemon juice, eggs and sugar and blend with an immersion blender.
In a small saucepan, bring the lemon mixture to a boil. Lower flame and stir constantly until the mixture thickens. Refrigerate until old.
Whip the dessert topping. Add 3/4 of it into the custard and mix it in. Put the remaining topping in a piping bag and use to swirl over the custard.
Garnish with fruit of your choice.
