I am looking at getting a new dishwasher, and noticed that there is a "double" dishwasher (http://www.kitchenaid.ca/en/ProductDimensions/KUDD01DPPA.html)
Does anyone know about this? Can you use the top for milchig and the bottom for fleishig, or does the water pass from one to the other?
I know to ask a Rav, but I was just curious if this is something common in the US or not!
Thanks,
Debbie

You sure can, but it's really quite small. I was considering it and went to Best Buy to checkit out.

I briefly looked at it online. Even if you could use it for meat and dairy, the size of each one is really small. You would have to run it at least 2-3 times after a shabbos.

I call it the Donald Trump dishwasher. It's good for a summer home or for someone who does entertaining and gets already cooked foods or catered meals.
It's mamesh just for dishes, silverware and glasses. It wouldn't even fit a pot bigger than a coffee pot.
