my week was like that too - pizza one night, fleishig take-out one night, pasta one night, and tonight is hot dogs. I would have done bagels one night, but that was last week. Rolling Eyes

and even if I have the cheishek to cook, I can never find something that everyone likes - and then they complain that I always make the same things (well, duh - that's all you like)!

I feel your pain. Wink

Slow cookers are great.

You could prepare it in the pot the night before, and then just plug it in in the morning.

Could we have some recipes please? I always make the same thing - chicken and potatoes but then it tastes too much like cholent. Rolling Eyes

tuna melts!
take one slice of bread, take a scoop of tuna (with out without mayo...based on how much koach you have). Top with a slice of cheese and melt in the microwave!

re: slow cooker ideas! You can make meatballs in there. on pesach I made apple compote in there, too! and how about soups?

Today I put up the roast and potatoes in a crock pot with ketchup, onion soup mix and a can of coke. We will see if it comes out.

My kids all used to eat the same things, but now a few like pizza a few won't eat it, a few will eat hot dogs a few won't, a few will eat chicken nuggets a few won't, etc. It's so hard to please them all!
