We have an overabundance of opened packages of tea biscuits- mostly plain or vanilla flavoured. Any idea what I can do with them? Preferably a yummy dessert for shabbos? Thank you!

You can make ice cream sandwiches. Line them up in a pan, spread/pour defrosted ice cream. Add a layer of tea biscuits and freeze. If the biscuits were aligned it should break into sanwhiches.
Or, crush them so their in small pieces but not powdery, mix in margarine and it makes a yummy crust!
