Losing the "baby weight" after a miscarriage

I was wondering if anyone could recommend some ways to lose ten pounds after a miscarriage. Just when I was starting to "pop" I lost the pregnancy I still look pregnant and emotionally want to lose the stomach.

the same way you would loose weight in general. the only difference would be to concentrate more on abs. eat well, and be active. so sorry for your loss.

Drinking a lot of water, walking is usually the best exercise even in the winter.
