Good question. I use both all the time! They both have normal, usable recipes and I actually know what the ingredients are!

Start off with dining in then eventually buy dining in again. They're both gr8. I do find that dining in has slightly simpler recipes than dining in again

Another vote for dining in first. It has great recipes and I felt like the dining in again was trying to be more creative after they "used up" all the good recipes on the first one
